SPRINGS OF TSUSHIMA
Years ago, I had the opportunity to try out an rusty Virtual Reality experience near the Gold Coast at Movie World in Australia. With my father, I was able to experience the whirling adrenaline of Batman flying through Gotham as the roller-coaster we're strapped into twirls about.
At the start of the Pandemic, I decided to develop new digital skills. With prior 3D design and a fondness for game development, I turned towards Virtual and Augmented Reality development.
Springs of Tsushima was inspired by another game (Ghost of Tsushima) that helped occupy my downtime during the Pandemic. The Japanese love of cultural preservation and the arts is a desirable connection to share, and developing this scene as an gallery experience highlights this inspiring mentality. Below is a collection of videos and images which depict this Immersive Experience.
